Expressions I took pictures of my friend making different expressions and I made them B&W and I raised the brightness up a little bit. I then used Photoshop to clean up his face and the wall with the spot healer.

David Hockney Inspired CollageThe rule I used for this project was the rule of thirds and I took a picture of the quad and the the hallway where the area is open and looked very nice with good lighting.
David Hockney was born July 9, 1937 in Bradford, United Kingdom. He is an English painter, draughtsman, printmaker, stage designer, and photographer. He is an important contributor to the pop are movement of the 1960's. He is considered the most influential British artist of the 20th century. He has been working as an artist for a very long time and he had this interest since he was a child. His parents helped him pursue his career in being an artist. Magazin CoverI chose this magazine cover because it suites the model. I like this magazine cover because it shows color and it is vibrant. I used Photoshop to put the title and I also made the picture black&white so that it would look more professional. I used a bright yellow, white and a violet pink color and bold font style. I set up the picture in B&W and I made the model sit on a stool and I had him put his fut up and for him to rest his head on his right hand and look towards his left. A strobe light a light that flashes strong and quick right when I take a picture. Modeling light is a warm light used for a model so that their skin will look more bright and smooth. A soft box is a light in a box that is used to concentrate a certain amount of light towards the model. A reflector is a big circular device that has a white side and a gold side so that is can reflect light. A grey card is a card with three different colors, gray, black and white. It is used to measure the color of the background. When the camera takes a shot the radio trigger will broadcast a signal sending it to the flash or the soft box.
SportsI took some pictures of our photography class when we went out to play sports. I took 24 pictures but I picked my top six. I enhanced them with IPhoto and made them black and white.
Mandala 2 I took a picture of my sisters watch and I then used the crop tool and I first used the magic tool and selected the template. I then dragged it to the picture. I cropped out a certain part of it and I moved it back to the template and positioned it to match the template shape. I then copied that layer and did the same thing with the others. I flipped, rotated, and scaled the picture to the right position. I used Photoshop.
DelMar FairThe Great Cross
Eliel Valdez Moncure Period 6 This image was taken at my church in Oceanside. The compositional rule that I used for this image was the rule of thirds. The camera I used was a Canon EDS. I used Photoshop to crop it down and fix the lighting. It’s in the rule of thirds because it is t at an angle and it has good lighting and it’s vibrant. This picture was printed on Epson Glossy on Paper. Family PhotosOur photography class took pictures of a teachers wife and daughters. I did not edit these pictures on Lightroom or Photoshop. I took six pictures of them in the quad area of my school and we used a sheet in the back for most of them.
MandalaI took a picture of lollypops in a box and I cropped it out on a round template in eight triangle shaped sides and I cropped that shape out on the picture I took and I moved it to the template then moved it to the first part of the template then I copy the layer and moved it to the rest of the empty space and scaled and flipped them to the right size.
Composition Project I took a picture of the sunset in Oceanside, CA near the pier. I used photoshop to increase the color balance and shades. I then used another picture I took go my church and cropped the top of the cross. I then moved it to the top and used the outer glow setting. I then cropped out some butterflies and some birds and faded them all.
Tessellation 2 I used Photoshop to make this tessellation. I used a picture I took on my camera and I focused on a certain point and I cropped it. I then moved it to a template and placed as 4 inches. I then copied the layer and paste it on the bottom. I then flipped it horizontal and then flipped it again vertical. I did the same thing on the other side and it made a cool design in the middle.
